After seeing the incredible animals bred and displayed by Barb Gebert of Creepy Exotics at NARBC in 2018, we fell in love with the potential of beauty with crested geckos and were inspired to breed them for ourselves. Our tricolor project aims to create high-contrast “true” tricolors as defined by “old school" definition;

“Tricolors should have three equal colors”

Using animals from top tricolor lineage around the world and old school genetics, we aim to create our definition of the perfect tricolor.
By selecting lines that have been worked with for over a decade, we have been able to create animals that remain vibrant well into adulthood, unlike some lines whose color will fade by maturity or shortly after. Our breeders have shown to retain their orange coloration over 5+ years of age.
The female that started our project, Summit, is over 10 years old and still retains orange coloration.
We have been picky at what lines we work into the project to ensure that we maintain the quality and longevity of saturation as best as we possibly can.

Our goal for this project is highly saturated tricolor harlequins with equal distribution of a dark base color, vibrant red-orange, and paper white. Our ideal tricolor harlequin has thick, white fringed crests, with vertical, striped pattern that breaks the dorsal. As for all of our projects, we aim for top quality head structure and proper body proportions.
